I am particularly interested in the intersection of artificial intelligence, digital transformation, systems thinking, and project governance, examining how data-driven technologies can improve decision making, collaboration, and performance in complex project environments. Through interdisciplinary research and collaboration with industry, I seek to develop practical approaches that enable organisations to adopt emerging technologies responsibly while addressing the economic, social, and environmental challenges of contemporary project delivery.
